WAKAKUSA ENGLISH PROGRAM
A Christ Based Program
The Wakakusa English Program is a ministry that provides a Christian presence in the city of Tamura, Japan by sending English speakers from America into Japanese schools as English teachers and assistant English teachers. The Wakakusa English Program serves the community through its excellence in teaching, and by promoting international and cross-cultural understanding. Ultimately, Wakakusa demonstrates the love of Christ through teaching, through relationships within the Wakakusa team, and through its service to the Japanese community around us.
